User Agreement for ChatBot Turbo

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the author of ChatBot Turbo (the "Author"). By using the ChatBot Turbo application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Use of the Application
1.1. The use of the Application is possible without registration.

1.2. The User agrees not to use the Application for any illegal purposes.

1.3. The Author does not have the right to use any content created by the users.

1.4. Violation of the rules may lead to the blocking of the User's account.

Collection and Storage of Personal Data
2.1. The User's personal data is collected and stored in accordance with the law.

2.2. Payment data goes through a third-party service and is not stored.

Changes to the Agreement
3.1. The Author reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time.

3.2. Changes come into effect from the moment of their publication in the ChatBot Turbo application.

User Obligations
4.1. The User agrees to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

4.2. The User is obliged to periodically familiarize himself/herself with this Agreement and any changes to it.

Limitation of Liability
5.1. The ChatBot Turbo application is provided "as is" and the Author of the Application is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses associated with the use of the Application.

5.2. The Author does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the ChatBot Turbo application and is not responsible for any problems associated with the operation of the Application.

5.3. The Author is not responsible for any actions of the User associated with the use of the ChatBot Turbo application.

Dispute Resolution
6.1. In case of disputes related to the use of the ChatBot Turbo application, the parties undertake to try to resolve the dispute through negotiations.

6.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it will be submitted to a competent court in accordance with the applicable law.

Final Provisions
7.1. This Agreement is the only agreement between the User and the Author of the ChatBot Turbo application governing the use of the Application.

7.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which the User uses the Application.

7.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.

7.4. The Author of the ChatBot Turbo application reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time.
